On this particular night in Cam Ranh Bay (1970), an evening
rain arrives with the darkness of yet another night.

Village called My Ca

The photo of me above (1970) is at the check point at a village
called My Ca. A Monastery is also located there. It is actually
very near the perimeter of Cam Ranh Bay Air Base, not too far
from the Naval Air Facility.

Freedom is never free!
Never forget 9/11/2001...
Even after all these years, it is the terrorists and all their supporters against the entire free world.
That is a fact.
God Bless America!

"Love thy neighbor as thyself."

"Security Forces Prayer"
Lord, you have called us to be guardians of a nation
founded on Your principles. Whatever our tasks as
Security Force men and women, we do them to serve You
and our nation. We are proud to accept the responsibility
of this high calling. We dedicate ourselves to our
vocation, and ask for guidance and courage in aiding our
people to live with dignity, in safety and peace. We know
true security comes from Your presence, so we pray with
the Psalmist: You bless those who obey You, Lord; Your
love protects them like a shield. Use us, O Lord, as
shields for Your people, reflecting Your security and
peace.
